Integrated Management & Accounting (IMA) was founded as one of a three part integral system in which financial advisors, accounting specialists, and legal advisors work together to provide comprehensive planning solutions to today’s complex web of business & retirement issues.
Our goal through tax planning is to minimize tax obligations while balancing the real world needs of our clients. This applies to both small businesses and individuals facing a variety of choices and decisions as they move through different periods of their life cycle.
Kevin Lorge, Managing Partner
Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He passed the CPA exam later that year and obtained his CPA designation in 2001 after completing 1 year of service in the accounting field. He began his career in public accounting in June 2000. Kevin joined Integrated in December 2004, and became the sole owner of the firm in February 2008.
Kevin specializes in strategic tax planning for small businesses and individuals. His primary focus is to consult on ways to improve a client’s overall financials situation, while at the same time minimizing the client’s tax obligation. Kevin also specializes in trust & estate planning, as well as business transition planning.
Kevin is an avid sports fan, especially supporting the Wisconsin sports teams. He enjoys golfing in the summer months and participates in a bowling league in the winter months. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Derrick Hubbard, CPA | Partner
Derrick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2011 with a double major in Accounting & Finance. He interned with IMA in the spring of 2010, and then rejoined the team in the fall of 2014 after broadening his background in finance. Derrick provides top tier service to IMA’s clients on small business accounting and tax planning for both small businesses and individuals.
In his free time he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including camping, kayaking, & hunting. Derrick lives in West Bend with his family.
Josh Carmichael, CPA, CVA, ASBC | Partner
Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in December, 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. One year later, he graduated from Appalachian State University with a Master of Science in Accountancy. Josh started working at Integrated in January of 2016, obtained his CPA in May of 2017, and obtained his CVA in February of 2019.
In his free time, Josh enjoys running and traveling. Josh lives in West Bend with his wife Hannah and their dog Frank.
Ken Vogt, Senior Tax & Accounting Manager
Ken graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance in December of 1993. Ken started working in public accounting in January of 1994 and now has over 20 years of experience in the field. Ken joined Integrated in 2009 and is the senior tax and accounting manager for the firm.
Ken specializes in individual and business tax preparation and has extensive knowledge of Peachtree and QuickBooks desktop software. Ken is closely involved with tax planning strategies for many of the clients at Integrated. In addition, Ken has many years of experience in payroll and sales tax reporting.
Ken resides in Kewaskum and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Jackie and their two children Joshua and Ashley. Ken enjoys being involved with his kids’ sports activities.
Emilee Verhage, Senior Accountant
Emilee Verhage graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in December of 2017 with a major in Accounting. She spent two years as an intern in private accounting focusing on payroll before joining Integrated in January of 2018. Emilee’s primary roles are the preparation of tax returns, accounting for small businesses, and payroll processing.
During her free time, Emilee enjoys camping, reading, concerts, and spending time with family & friends. Emilee currently resides in West Bend.
David Hensleigh, Senior Accountant
David Hensleigh graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduating, David worked in public accounting in the Milwaukee area for 4 years before joining Integrated in October of 2019.
In his free time David enjoys hiking, camping, and reading. He lives in Hartford with his wife Holly and their cat, Cleo.
Ethan Riehn, Staff Accountant
Ethan graduated from UW Platteville with a major in accounting in 2021. He completed a tax season internship with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) and was a Cost Accountant for Jockey International in Kenosha. He joined the IMA team in February 2023.
In his spare time, Ethan enjoys watching and participating in sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. He lives in Chilton with his fiancé Camrie and their dog Banjo.
Lara Behrendt, Office Manager
Lara joined the IMA team in December 2021. After earning her finance and marketing degree from UW Oshkosh in 1999, Lara spent many years as a marketing manager, helping businesses in southeast Wisconsin discover and achieve their full sales and growth potential. Although it was an exciting and fulfilling career, she decided it was time to step away from marketing and return to office administration, where she has discovered IMA to be the perfect fit.
When she’s not at work, Lara is around family and friends. She is an avid Chicago Cubs fan, a wine enthusiast, and enjoys camping, traveling, going to concerts, and cheering on her children during summer league baseball games. Lara resides in Slinger with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Spencer and Evelyn.
